Food should be savoured and is meant to be enjoyed. Each of our cultures bring to the table a vast variety of produce and foods from around the world to honour ones heritage and tradition. Children grow healthier with a loving and grateful relationship with food – accordingly they make wise choices for a healthy lifestyle.
A healthy relationship with food embellishes a child / young adult’s level of functionality.

Jenny Boss is a nutritionist with a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition plus extra qualifications in children’s nutrition and feeding. This means that she helps parents not only with what to feed children but also how. As parents we are often told about what children should eat less of and more of but we’re often left in the dark when dealing with fussy and finicky eaters, or children who eat too little or too much. Jenny is also interested in the significant impact nutrition has on learning, mood and mental health in children and speaks to parent groups on this topic and others. Jenny has been a health and wellness writer for over 20 years and is the mother of two boys.
